Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures
During election season, a current Democratic Croton Village Trustee can always count on one thing. Sometime in the week before election day, sometimes on the morning of Election Day itself, this trustee’s car will be tampered with. It could be a nail or puncture in the tire, or, as happened last cycle, large slash wounds in the tire, signifying the work not only of a coward, but of a sociopath.
Unfortunately, this practice, or person, has made the trip to Ossining to pull the same stunt on Democratic candidate for District 9 County Legislator Catherine Borgia.
WatchCroton is calling attention to this for several reasons. This is vandalism at the least, intimidation and assault at the most and should not be tolerated. Election Day is tomorrow. The polls are open from 6am to 9pm. You can vote at your normal location for Presidential elections.
When you make your choice, consider whether you want to support a candidate who has a person or persons like this backing them. And who I’m sure will never attempt to apologize or even acknowledge that it happened.
