April 10th    Peace Pilgrimage for a Nuclear Free World.

Peace Pilgrimage for a Nuclear Free World. The walkers on the Peace Pilgrimage for a Nuclear Free World welcome others to join the walk at any point for any length of time. Meet at the Shop Rite in Croton, 460 Riverside Ave,, Route 9A,  Sunday morning 10;30 am.  Leave to walk to Indian Point at 11 am.  Arrive at Indian Point 12:30pm.  Pray and hold a silent vigil.  1:00 pm leave to walk to Riverfront Green in Peekskill.  Arrive at the park at 2 pm.

April 11th    Community Meeting on Indian Point at Greenburgh Town Hall– A must attend event

Join people from Westchester and beyond to demand Indian Point be Closed.  The event includes people from Japan, Japanese traditional drumming, Jun San, Peace Pilgrim for a Nuclear Free World, a special song about the evacuation zone, and of course a substantial Q&A with a knowledgeable panel.  An Indian Point Safe Energy Coalition (IPSEC) event.

April 25th      Technical briefing on Indian Point hosted by Clearwater

Manna Jo Greene of Clearwater is organizing an excellent day of fact finding with various experts. It is open to everyone and will be packed with information.  Hopefully we can all encourage our elected officials to attend or send a representative.  More details to follow.

April 30th    Earth Day at Senasqua Park, Croton-on-Hudson

Come meet with others in Croton who want to close Indian Point.  We’ll have a table of information.  9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

May Meeting in the Croton Library regarding Indian Point (Date to Be Announced.)

June  5th    Summerfest
