6. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION-AGENDA ITEMS:
7. PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS:
a. Authorizing the Village Manager to award the contract for EMT services to the Mid Hudson Ambulance District for a period of one (1) year and possible extension for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
b. Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing to consider the special permit application to operate a convenience store located at 205 S. Riverside Avenue.
c. Authorizing the Village Manager to sign the Sewer Connection Agreement with D.D.R Construction, Inc. to connect the property located at 1210 Albany Post Road to the Village’s sanitary sewer system.
d. Village Board of Trustees authorizes the hiring of Tom Quartuccio, P.E. to survey the property located at 170 Grand Street at the hourly rate of $200.00

4. To add the past due receivables to the tax bills for the fiscal year June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015.
5. To authorize the Mayor to sign the Tax Warrant for the collection of taxes for the period commencing June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015.
6. To set all Village fees for the fiscal year 2014-2015.
