Flight of the Woodcock: Croton Point Park
Gather with us before dusk on the edge of the landfill at Croton Point County Park to enjoy the mysterious and captivating sights and sounds of the American Woodcock’s courtship flight.  Park by the ballfield on the left as you enter the park.  Bring flashlights and binoculars. Led by Charlie Roberto (3/13/15).

 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED with contact phone.  We will contact you by Thursday evening to confirm this event. WEATHER ALTERNATIVE is Sat March 21.

Second Saturday Walk at Brinton Brook Sanctuary
Our monthly walks will continue year-round on second Saturdays at our largest sanctuary: Brinton Brook in Croton-on-Hudson. Good for ages 6 and up. No pre-registration necessary. Held regardless of weather except in cases of severe weather or road closures. Meet at main parking area off Route 9A in Croton-on-Hudson. Online map & Google map link.
