  1. Presentation by Ted Brumleve, Chair of the Comprehensive Plan Committee, regarding updates to the Village’s Comprehensive Plan.    Ted Brumleve will let the board know what the Comp Plan/Economic Development Committee is working on  and the status of their proposed update to the 2003 Comprehensive Plan as well as the time frame for completion. He will also update the Board on the work proposed to be done by their planning consultant, Buckhurst Fish & Jacquemart (BFJ) to complete Phase 2 of the update.  Phase 1 is already underway.
  2. Presentation by the Sustainability Committee to update the Village Board on Initiatives.  The Committee will present a quarterly report covering various initiatives that they are undertaking. 
  3. Discussion of Outreach and public education regarding the Community Choice Aggregation program.  The board will discuss how and when more outreach on the program purposes and execution might occur.  The Board previously voted against entering the CCA program on a 3-2 vote for the reason that more outreach was needed.  The discussion will be on what form and when this might occur.
  4. Discussion regarding raising the daily parking rate at the Metro North train station from $9 per day to $10 per day.  The staff will present their recommendation and its rationale.
  5. Discussion regarding ongoing and proposed capital projects.   The list of proposed projects excludes the ongoing water infrastructure projects.  Several already are funded and two are partially funded, including upgrading the Grand Street Firehouse and the Croton Point Avenue Traffic, Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project.
  6. Request by Village Manager to enter into an Executive Session to discuss personnel issues relating to specific individuals.
